No Day – Tuesday, February 3

Dear UCA Families,

Due to continued hazardous conditions, Uwharrie Charter Academy is closed for both teachers and staff on Tuesday, February 3rd.

We understand this is definitely an inconvenience; however, we are still receiving reports of ice-covered roads and, in some areas, over 12 inches of snow. And while the groundhog may have seen his shadow, we are still prioritizing what we see on the roads and in our communities-the safety of our students, families, and staff remains our top priority.

Thank you, once again, for your continued support and flexibility as we work through this together. Please continue to monitor school communications for any updates.
